VERIFY TECHNOLOGIES & CAORTHINE MERGE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE
Verify Technology and Caorthine have agreed to merge their business activities. As part of the agreement all of the existing Caorthine customers and resources will merge in with Verify Technologies and move forward under the Verify company brand.
Seamus McNamara, CEO of Verify Technologies, stated that,

As the global rollout of our cloud based products and solutions continues to grow we need to ramp up our capability for I.T. infrastructure expertise and application interconnectivity in the cloud. The expertise within Caorthine is key resource for us at this time and it make perfect sense for our two companies to combine resources to maximise benefits for our employees and for the customers in our target markets.
We are delighted to be able to form a deeper relationship with Caorthine and they are a proven resource to us at this time so it is a low risk route for Verify to expand our own cloud hosting infrastructure that runs our application suite of products globally. All of our solutions are ‘mission critical’ and our customers effectively have their factories running in our ‘cloud’ so it is essential that we maintain state of the art hosting infrastructure as well as world leading application solutions.”
